When you can ship out my order?

Usually we ship the item within 3 business day after full payment is received. When can I get the parcel?

Where do I get my parcel?

Usually the post will hand over the parcel to your house or mail box. While sometimes it might need pick up at your local post office. How about the return and refund policy?
