Skirt on an amateur. It will look better on the hourglass figure. Waist size 78 fit. But my figure is an apple, so it looks collective farm. The bottom edge is not stitched. Threads stick out in some places. There are no pockets. I think it's better to iron with a steamer from the inside. In principle, 15 dollars is worth buying.
