The 220V adapter packed like in the package is not working It works with the 220V adapter you had. I can't see the grounding line, but I'm a little worried if it's grounded inside the device. just started it. so far it works fine, adjustable vapourization and a litlle bit of white noise. it was fast delivery. good packing. I wish it came with english user guide (only chinese). good price!👍

I ordered on the 12/22 and arrived in 4 days, and it works fine without problems. When you sleep, there is definitely some noise, and the amount of humidity is the lowest, even if you adjust to the maximum, there is little difference in noise...
