1. About seal box /original firmware
if you want to have original firmware version with sealed box , please leave us message on your order page, we can keep the original firmware to you, but the phone will no google play store , no multi-languages. if you don't leave us message of it , we will send you international firmware version as default ; we will open sealed box to install the international firmware;but the language maybe not full translations ;it is normal,We can't accept dispute for the language difference.if you update the system or flash the firmware on the phone and cause the problem on the phone, we will not take responsibility to it; so we don't suggest the user to update the system or flash the firmware on the phone if not neccessories;
2. About the storage
the storage cannot be 100% full due to the phone’s Apps take some storage from it, which is normal, for example, the phone has 16 GB ROM, but it shows about 14gb only; it's less than specification data. We can't accept dispute for ROM / RAM data difference.
3. About the network

4. About the phone color
